So glad you have a website now. I have been following your recipes on YouTube for ages and have to say they are so easy to follow and I always get a fabulous curry at the end. Keep up the good work.

Hi Al , you have inspired me to cook my own Indian food , grew up in brum , great curry everywhere , moved to Isle of Man , curry no where !!! I will be trying tikka 1st , then venture on to jalf etc.
A shop would be great too, please sell spices too , some still hard to come by .

Love all your curry recipes, so easy to follow. Where do you buy the little metal bowls that you put your measured spices in or what are they called?
