Whether you are a true born American with a love for Curries and spicy food or an ex- pat living in the States and are missing the curries you used to have back home,  you need not yearn for those friday nights out at your local Indian restaurant anymore.  My channel, "Al's Kitchen",  is there to teach you every step in making British Indian Restaurant Curries.  Whether you are missing your Creamy Korma or your hot Madras, it's all there and much more besides.

Learn the techniques in producing curry base gravy, one of the closely kept secrets in British Indian Restaurants.  Learn to build your curry from scratch and then dress it in true restaurant fashion.

I have travelled extensively myself and know all too well what it is like trying to find a nice Indian that I am used to from back in the UK, only to leave very disappointed.   Don't get me wrong, authentic is nice, but BiR is what I am used to, ooh... the gravy!!

If you get stuck, just follow me on Twitter and Facebook and I will be there to guide you every step of the way. Al
